So who do i ask questions?
I have a question about plagarism vs tribute or transition characters but for the life of me i cant figure out who im supposed to go to? I havnt found a page that explains who is in charge or any form of heirarchy... ive never seen anyone on chat either... Its... concerning i suppose?
